Long day care and early learning at Kids Kingdom

Open Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we care for children from nursery age through to funded three and four year old kindergarten, all within one warm, familiar routine. Our approach blends secure daily routines, consistent educators, and intentional play, so children feel settled first and grow in confidence, language and independence well before the school years. What families want to know
Warm daily routines
Children do best when drop-offs, meals, rest, play, and transitions feel predictable, calm, and well supported.
Learning through play
Educators use play-based experiences to build language, confidence, curiosity, social connection, and early independence.
Clear family communication
Parents want updates, reassurance, and a team that notices the small things that shape a child’s day.
How children grow through our rooms
Every room is set up for its stage, and children move up as they are ready, keeping familiar educators and routines along the way.
Nursery
Warm, responsive care for our youngest children, with secure attachment, sensory play, and close daily communication about sleeps, feeds and milestones.
Toddlers
As children become mobile and curious, educators extend language, independence and social skills through active, hands-on play and gentle routines.
3-year-old kinder
Children build the social and self-help skills that set up school, with early group learning and the funded 3-year-old kindergarten program.
4-year-old kinder
The funded 4-year-old kindergarten program, led by a qualified teacher inside the regular day, prepares children for a confident start to school.
Childcare that feels nurturing and purposeful
Families are usually looking for more than supervision alone. They want to know their child will feel safe, known, engaged, and gently supported through each stage of early development. Our childcare and early learning approach blends secure routines, warm educator relationships, and intentional play-based experiences that help children build confidence before the kindergarten years.
- Predictable routines that help children settle with less stress
- Play-based experiences supporting communication, social confidence, and self-help skills
- A steady pathway from childcare into early learning and then kindergarten
